ZINC CITRATE is a salt of zinc metal which helps to secret insulin from pancreas, plays an important role for regular hydrochloric acid production in stomach, helps to maintain intestinal pH by helping producing bicarbonate and moreover, it supports several enzymes in the methylation cycle. Zinc is effective in the treatment of common cold, diarrhea, zinc deficiency, acne, age-related macular degeneration, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, burns, anorexia, dandruff, skin lesions, pneumonia and depression.
