4-AMINOPYRIDINE
4 aminopyridine is a potassium channel blocker which is mainly used in multiple sclerosis patients to ameliorate walking ability. It is frequently used in Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome and spinal cord injury patients to improve spasticity, pulmonary, sensory and also motor function. Moreover, 4 aminopyridine is utilized as pesticide in bird control where it mainly produces convulsions and rarely death.
