ATENOLOL
Atenolol is an adrenergic beta-antagonists which is used to treat angina pectoris, palpitations, supraventricular arrhythmias, hypertension, mitral value prolapse syndrome, ventricular tachycardias, thyrotoxicosis. It is used in the prevention of migraine and management of tachycardia symptoms. It is used in the treatment of stable patients suspected having or recovering from acute myocardial infarction.
