It is effective against Cocci as well as Gram-positive Bacilli. It is used in mild to severe infections caused by both Gram positive and Gram negative microorganisms. It is the first choice for treating Klebsiella infections. It also can be used soft tissues and respiratory tract infections. Moreover, it is used in animals to treat Staphylococci & other microorganism infections.
