NITRAZEPAM BP

NITRAZEPAM BP is used in the treatment of sleeping problem of short term like difficulty in falling asleep, repeated awakenings during night and early morning awakening. It acts as an anti-anxiety agent to ameliorate anxiety, supports sedation, tension and produces calming effect. It is gamma aminobutyric acid receptor-ionophore complex modulator and is also an anticonvulsant that prevents seizure.
