PRAZOSIN HYDROCHLORIDE is used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs to manage hypertension. It is also effective against benign prostatic hyperplasia where it reduces urinary obstruction and other associated problems. It is useful in managing posttraumatic stress disorder including sleep disturbances and nightmares.
