PROPYLENE GLYCOL DIACETATE acts as an emulsifier as well as a solubilizer in pharmaceuticals. It is used as a plasticizer for cellulose acetate and is also used in agricultural products. It has applications in acrylic paints, polyurethane coatings, varnish formulations and acts as a retardant of evaporation for many products.
