SODIUM ASCORBATE is a salt of vitamin C and is the most bioavailable form of vitamin C supplement. It is used as an antioxidant in foods and pharmaceutical preparations. It acts to prevent asthmatic symptoms and in conjunction with glycerol it is used to reduce eye hemorrhage.
