TETRACYCLINE HYDROCHLORIDE

TETRACYCLINE HYDROCHLORIDE is used in the treatment of infections caused by both gram positive and gram negative bacteria. It is also used to treat trachoma and is used as an adjunct in the treatment of acne, acute intestinal amebiasis. It is effective against nongonococcal urethritis caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum and of relapsing fever due to Borrelia recurrentis.
