YARROW EXTRACT 4-1

YARROW EXTRACT 4-1 is achieved from the plant Achillea millefolium and is traditionally used to treat spasmodic, hepato-biliary complaints, inflammatory and gastro-intestinal disorders. Its content of flavonoids has led its use as an antispasmodic, dicaffeoylquinic acids are responsible for the choleretic property and inhibition of neutrophil elastase gives the anti-inflammatory action. It is also used in the treatment of hepatitis, malaria, jaundice, hemorrhoids, bruises, influenza, cough, pneumonia, high blood pressure, gout, fever, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, cystitis, eczema, indigestion, psoriasis and liver disorders. It also gives hepatoprotective and astringent action.
