ZINC BACITRACIN

Bacitracin is categorized as an antibiotic which gives its activity by stopping the bacterial growth. It helps to prevent minor infections of skin caused by burns, small cuts and scrapes. It works on bacterial infections only, not in viral and fungus infections. It is used in pharmaceutical formulations to produce antibiotic ointments by dissolving small amounts of zinc bacitracin in it.
